Using This Emergency On Site
Fill in the site-specific details — nearest hospital, assembly point, first aiders, emergency contacts — before work starts, then brief the crew on it at induction. Keep a printed copy at the site office or in the vehicle. In an emergency nobody has time to go looking for a file.
